North Kent Mutual Insurance was a century-old insurance firm that had expanded rapidly throughout southern Ontario. As the insurer continued to grow to new heights, its name and brand no longer reflected where it was headed.
Exordia Creative partnered with the team to help usher in a new chapter. Introducing Maple Mutual Insurance: a brand that honours its legacy while focusing on its future.


The Challenge
The challenge was to evolve a 100-year-old, community-trusted insurer without losing the credibility and loyalty it had earned over generations. The North Kent name limited geographic expansion and was confusingly similar to other local insurers. Exordia Creative set out to create a name the firm could grow into - a brand that felt unmistakably Canadian and naturally timeless.











The Results
Exordia Creative led a full-scale rebrand, delivering Maple Mutual Insurance’s new brand identity along with a new website, social media presence, and branded signage, billboards, and print materials.
We also coordinated a media release with external marketing partners, including radio and newspaper outlets, to support a seamless public launch. The result was a seamless and well-received rebrand - one that respected Maple’s 100-year legacy while positioning the client for long-term growth.
